NR13 Oudomxay–Pakmong Rehabilitation

Description

Rehabilitation of an approximately 81 km mountain section of National Road 13 between Oudomxay and Pakmong. Works rebuilt the two-lane carriageway with widths of about 7.5 m in mountainous sections and 8.5 m through communities, strengthening a strategic portion of Laos’s north–south road backbone.
