Description

Construction of a 1,200 MW coal-fired power plant comprising two 600 MW units under a 25-year build-operate-transfer arrangement. The project company was jointly sponsored by Malaysia's JAKS Resources and China Power Engineering Consulting Group, with Chinese EPC delivery, syndicated bank debt and sponsor equity.
