Description

The East Siberia–Pacific Ocean (ESPO) pipeline is a major Russian oil export pipeline system transporting crude oil from eastern Siberian oil fields to Russia’s Pacific coast and to China through a dedicated branch line. The project was jointly supported through an 2009 oil-for-loan agreement.
